DEPARTMENT:        ELECTRIC
JOB TITLE:                LINEMAN A, B OR C
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under occasional supervision, installs and maintains electrical lines, street lights and rental lights, and performs other duties related to electrical construction and maintenance.  Reports to the System Coordination Supervisor or Construction Foreman. 
Education and/or training requirements:  Requires a vocational/technical diploma in electrical maintenance and repair work or related field supplemented by one to nine years of progressively responsible technical experience in electrical line work or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.  Requires valid state Commercial Driver’s License with appropriate endorsements.
JOB GRADE: Grade 11, 15, 18 ($31,549 – 57,549)
