WORK SESSION

COMMISSIONERS OF PUBLIC WORKS

December 7, 2006

A work session of the Board of Commissioners of Public Works was held on Thursday,

December 7, 2006, at 8:30 a.m., in the conference room of the Greenwood Commissioners of Public Works Central Operations Center at 810 By-Pass 225 S. W.

In attendance:        

            Gene P. Hancock                     Steve D. Reeves, Jr.                

            Michael G. Monaghan              Kenneth M. Barnett                 

            Henry O. Watts                        Denise Ogletree           

I.          Chairman Hancock called the meeting to order.

II.         Chairman Hancock gave the statement of compliance with the notification provision of the Freedom of Information Act.

1. III.               The Commissioners discussed in detail the line items of the proposed 2007 budget. No action was taken.

IV.      With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
