A special called meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Public Works was held on Monday, January 29, 2007, at 3:00 p.m., in the conference room of the Greenwood Commissioners of Public Works at 121 Court Avenue.

I.          Chairman Hancock called the meeting to order.

II.         Chairman Hancock gave the statement of compliance with the notification provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. 

            A motion was made by Commissioner Monaghan to go into Executive Session to discuss a legal matter; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Watts and unanimously approved.  
 
IV.       With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
